A four tier wedding cake, designed by you, will be provided by Cescaphe Ballroom. Choose from Cescaphe specialties, popular magazine photographs or your own creation. Each cake is hand-crafted as your unique wedding cake will be individually created for your special day.

CHOCOLATE DISPLAY

An amazing 4 foot high flowing chocolate fountain serving marshmallows, pretzel rods, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, pound cake, cream puffs and éclairs that the guest can tap into the flowing chocolate. Other items on this display include, but not limited to the following:

VIENNESE DESSERTS

Elegantly displayed variety of freshly made gourmet desserts served Viennese style. Desserts are complimented with a coffee and espresso bar, served with cordials. Examples include:
