Our chefs prepare tableside freshly cooked pastas accompanied with Sundried Tomato Paste, Spicy Salsa, Olive Tapenade & Homemade Hummus, all served with Crispy Pita Chips, Crostini Toast and Tortilla Squares. Such tasty items as:
Featured at the Interactive Station are the renowned Cescaphé Crab Cakes, jumbo lump crab meat, smothered with creamy horseradish sauce, pan sautéed tableside by our chefs.
And last, but definitely not least, is the Lobster & Risotto Martini Bar, at which our chefs will sauté Fresh Cold Water Lobster Meat in a silky smooth Velouté Sauce, serving it over Cheese flavored Risotto in a miniature martini glass garnished with Fresh Chopped Chives.
