As your guests enter our elegant candle-lit cocktail area with its 60-foot mahogany food library, they are presented with a stunning ice sculpture of your choosing or design. This customized centerpiece will be enveloped by a breathtaking abundance of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres for your guests to enjoy in this comfortable surrounding with balconies overlooking the grand ballroom.

When the weather permits, our chefs grill off savory delights at our outside Courtyard Hibachi Grill, served with teriyaki, barbecue, sweet chili and roasted red pepper sauce to greet your guests as they exit their vehicles in our valet lane and enter our landscaped outdoor cocktail area. In addition to all the scrumptious items presented on the preceding pages, please select one of the following stations to be included in your cocktail display.

Interactive Station
Our chefs prepare tableside freshly cooked pastas accompanied with Sundried Tomato Paste, Spicy Salsa, Olive Tapenade & Homemade Hummus, all served with Crispy Pita Chips, Crostini Toast and Tortilla Squares. Such tasty items as:

  • Potato Gnocchi with Pesto Cream Sauce
  • Stuffed Cheese Tortellini Sauce Pomodoro
  • Chicken and Gouda Cheese Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce

 

Featured at the Interactive Station are the renowned Cescaphé Crab Cakes, jumbo lump crab meat, smothered with creamy horseradish sauce, pan sautéed tableside by our chefs.

And last, but definitely not least, is the Lobster & Risotto Martini Bar, at which our chefs will sauté Fresh Cold Water Lobster Meat in a silky smooth Velouté Sauce, serving it over Cheese flavored Risotto in a miniature martini glass garnished with Fresh Chopped Chives. It’s sure to be a crowd favorite!
