Dinner will start with your choice of salad, followed by your choice of intermezzo. Both will be garnished and served to order.
Each guest will receive a sophisticated menu with a choice of 3 gourmet entrees, each cooked to order and served with chef's vegetables. Examples include:
Filet Mignon- Prime Center Cut Filet wrapped in double smoked bacon, topped with mushrooms and grilled in a peppercorn demi glace.
Veal Chop- Nature tender Veal Chop grilled and stuffed with prosciutto, roasted peppers and melted buffalo mozzarella cheese.
Sea Bass and Salmon Napoleon- Tender, flaky layers of Chilean Sea Bass complimented with layers of Norwegian Salmon encrusted with freshly ground pistachio nuts in a lemon wine sauce.
Veal Havana- Tender nature Veal stuffed with jumbo lump crabmeat, shrimp and lobster topped with a lemon wine sauce.
Twin Baby Lobster Tails- Twin, succulent 4 ounce cold-water South African Lobster Tails broiled to perfection and served with drawn butter.
Tilapia- Freshly filleted pan seared delicious Tilapia served with an apricot horseradish glace.
Salmon Pinwheel- Salmon with spinach, roasted pepper wrapped in rice paper and served with a merlot citrus reduction.
Mahi-Mahi- Freshly filleted Mahi-Mahi grilled and served with mango salsa.
Veal Saltimbuca- Veal stuffed with spinach, roasted pepper, prosciutto and cheese served with a sage veal essence
