Erin and Jim

Erin and Jim met at a party while underclassmen at Gettysburg College and began dating in 2003. They quickly found themselves to be well-matched and fun-loving. Although Jim planned an elaborate proposal to Erin at Rockefeller Center in New York City, Erin got sick and had to cancel the trip. Jim grew impatient and decided to propose more spontaneously the following week while leaving his apartment to join friends for drinks. They knew that the amazing food and service at Cescaphe would provide the perfect backdrop for their romantic affair. After their colorful, Irish-themed wedding, the couple traveled to Aruba for their honeymoon.
