Stephanie met Robert when she visited his restaurant for the first time. They are quite the interesting couple; they love to travel, go to sporting events or down the shore when the weather gets nice, and go out to dinner. Robert proposed during a trip to Anquilla, which will be one of the stops on their upcoming honeymoon (including stops on St. Martin and St. Barts). Stephanie fell in love with the Atrium’s ambience, Robert trusted Cescaphe Events’ food choices, and the reputation of the staff served as icing on the wedding cake. The couple wanted to create a romantic party celebrating their love, with great wine and dancing.

Despite attending the same college at the same time and living in the very same dorm, Ryan and Amanda did not know each other until an introduction by a mutual friend in Colorado. The active duo loves the mountain life in the Rockies (skiing, hiking, and biking), but will always take the
time to root for their hometown Philly teams. On an East Coast trip for a series of friend and family weddings, they chose to spend a week at Amanda’s parents’ home in Avalon, NJ. After a lovely time, Ryan proposed on a long walk down the beach. Family friends introduced the couple to Cescaphe Events, and they really felt as though the Atrium was the ideal place for an amazing wedding. Amanda and Ryan wanted to keep their event bedecked in “Simple Elegance”. The main colors were black and white, with a dusty blue accent and a damask design. They will be taking their honeymoon to St. Lucia in the Caribbean.

This fun, sarcastic, and easy-going couple found each other down the shore; Kristin and Michael were next-door neighbors at their shore houses in Sea Isle City. They enjoy cooking, traveling, and going out to eat together. On Christmas Eve, Michael offered Kristin a truly touching present by asking for her hand in marriage. When walking into the Curtis Center looking for a place to hold their wedding, the couple fell in love with the open space and the beautiful chandelier of the Atrium. With a St. Patrick’s day event, they chose to embrace the lively festival feeling of the date. They will spend their honeymoon in St. Lucia.

After a wonderful first date, Maria was smitten. However, the four month wait for a second date put Shane ill-at-ease; most fortunately, both were captivated and deeply interested in one another. Their shared “work hard to play hard” attitude is reflected in their adventurous lifestyle: Shane and Maria hike, bike, and enjoy an occasional horror film. To propose, Shane created a geocaching treasure hunt to surprise Maria at the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain. A recommendation from the bride’s cousin, the layout of Tendenza, and the great overarching service from Cescaphe Events made the choice of venue an easy one. For the wedding, Maria and Shane created a fantastic melting pot of their Celtic and Italian cultures. An all-inclusive Caribbean trip awaits them on their honeymoon.

These self-described best friends met over 15 years ago at a Rage Against the Machine concert. Together they enjoy drinking and eating, taking in movies, and traveling. To propose, Matthew surprised Christine by calling her out of work and taking her to dinner at Buddakan. He then asked Christine to marry him at Love Park. Rave reviews of past Cescaphe events led them to pick Tendenza for their big day. Finally, the couple took their honeymoon in Mexico.
