Renée and Paul are a feel-good couple. They enjoy laughing and traveling together, often spending time on their boat when the weather is nice. To surprise Renée, Paul arranged for her family and friends to witness his proposal on a cruise ship to Bermuda. Renée had previously attended a wedding with Cescaphe, and was very impressed. Her mother had also heard great things about events at the Atrium as well. At the Curtis Center, Renée and Paul created a Winter-Snowflake environment. They will be taking celebrating their honeymoon in Hawaii.

Jenna and Craig met when out celebrating St. Patty’s Day. Craig proposed while walking down Boathouse Row on the way to a congratulatory dinner for Jenna’s acceptance to graduate school. The couples’ interests are varied: they generously volunteer at CHOP and root for the Phillies down at Citizens Bank Park, among other activities. According to them, Jenna always wanted to get married at the Cescahpe Ballroom. Excellent recommendations only sweetened the deal. An always jubilant pair, Jenna and Craig wanted “wine & good times” at their wedding. A winter feel with black, gold, and feathers created a superb ambiance. After the festivities came to a close, they jetted to Hawaii for their honeymoon.

Elizabeth and Emmett were introduced through a mutual friend at a holiday work party. In addition to, as they have proclaimed, “bringing sexy back,” the Erwins are living a vibrant lifestyle; they ride bikes, take beach trips, and enjoy exploring new areas and restaurants. In fact, after a trip along the coastline of Cape May by waverunner, Emmett parked on a jetty and proposed to a delighted Elizabeth. For E3 (Emmett & Elizabeth Erwin), “A true lovestory has no ending.” The lavish appetizer selection, flexibility of options, beautiful ambiance, and the professional wedding organizers drew them to hold their event at Tendenza. They are waiting until Summer of 2012 for their honeymoon, but the trip is well worth the wait. Elizabeth and Emmett will be traveling to Italy and Greece for a Mediterranean Summer.

Julie and Steven were introduced at Rutgers Law School through a mutual friend. As self-described “fun, adventurous runners,” they like to travel, explore, and try new and exciting activities. Steven carefully planned his surprise proposal for Julie; when she arrived home from work, Steven was standing in the center of a room full roses and candles. Decked out in a tuxedo, Steven asked for her hand in marriage. The main point of emphasis for their wedding was a high-energy, non-stop dancing and eating party; a veritable whirlwind of excitement. They had no doubt that Cescaphe could offer all this and more at their newest location, Vie. Julie and Steven spent their honeymoon in South Africa.

Courtney’s friend Becky, who knew Scott from college, introduced the two in Sea Isle. They still like going to the beach, but they also share a fondness for their dog, Baxter, and hosting parties. While on a cruise to the Bahamas, Scott proposed at sunset on the balcony of the ship. The ease of use, “top shelf” quality, and all-inclusive services led Courtney and Scott to pick Cescaphe for their event. As diehard Philadelphians, the goal for their theme was to gracefully combine the beauty of the city with a formal feel. Courtney and Scott took their honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii.
